Hello- I'm taking the July exam and I am expecting to take a "Flex" version but when will we know for sure? Do you have any idea as to when we should expect to hear from LSAC? Also, should I be using regular or Flex practice exams?

Hi Mariam,

We do NOT know for sure yet; LSAC has made no public comment yet! We expect an announcement some times in the next 10 days or so, but it's their show to they make the rules :)

For now, use regular tests since you'll be covered no matter what happens :)
