Hi Everyone,

Is it best to purchase CAS in advance if you know you will be applying to Law School in the coming year? Trying to understand if I should purchase right now, or if I can save my money and purchase it later down the road.

Big thank you to Powerscore team for all the help!

CL,

The CAS purchase is good for five years, so if you think there's a chance you'll be applying more than 5 years from now, it could make sense to wait. However, it seems as if you're very likely planning to go well before then! I would say it really is unlikely to make much difference. I do think it makes sense to sign up well in advance of getting letters of recommendation requests ready, taking the LSAT, or applying to schools, just to make sure you're well set up for the process once you actually start.
