I’ve heard from several different schools’ admissions counselors that they typically offer less scholarship money to online part time law students with the theory being if you are working through school you have more money. What is a typical scholarship amount worth accepting?

Hi S,

You ask a question that has a different answer for every person, so there's no optimal or perfect number here. It's more a matter of how your finances work with the offers being made, as well as the post-law school plans you have (public interest pays differently than corporate law, for example). With so many variables in play it's really about what you find workable.

Thanks!
