PowerScore team:
First I want to say that after using your analytics package and tutoring I was able to improve my original score by 8 points achieve my goal score 5 weeks later - you guys are MAGIC - so thank you!

I have a few questions about applying now...

#1: Do you recommend putting a header/your name/ a title on a personal statement if there are no instructions given? I feel like they know what it is and who it's from, so I'm not sure if that is a waste
#2: When submitting a resume and personal statement, is it better to use a Word doc or a pdf? Do law schools care?

Thank you again!

Hi C,

Thanks for the kind words! I'm so glad we were able to help :-D

Good questions here:

1. Yes, usually your name and social security go at the top, and then it's headed by Personal Statement. With all the paperwork and files in a law school office, clearly labeling things is desirable.

2. I strongly prefer PDF. Different version of Word can mess up formatting, whereas PDFs don't have that issue. So, PDF for me whenever possible!

Thanks and good luck as these go in--please let us know how it goes!
