I have received a stop sign violation and crosswalk violation in the last three years. How do I disclose this on an application? Do I just make a word document with a sentence saying what it was?

Depends—is it required to disclose those? On some, the wording allows yes or no answers. If yes, simply list it as needed, a simple page is fine if there's isn't room.

Btw, they may ask for minor traffic violation info, but they don't care about it at all

This is what it asks of me:

You are required to report all incident(s) even if the charges were discharged, dismissed, dropped, declared nolle prosequi, or expunged. All traffic infractions, excluding parking tickets, must be reported. Each incident must be listed whether you were found liable or not. Disclosure includes date of charge, nature of all charges, disposition (outcome), sanction (fine, etc. if any), and a detailed explanation of the charges. Your good faith estimate as to date and other information will suffice.

That's nice and clear, which is good. A simple doc listing the relevant info will suffice.

They'll ignore it, but they clearly want it so keep it straightforward
