Hi, I understand the first part of answer choice A: pick up cases that might have potential impacts on many future similar cases, which parallels with "level with careful evaluation of the precedential nuances and potential impact of each decision", however, I could not find anything in the context to parallel with the rest of answer A, ie. testimony by a noted medical authority.

please can anyone help?
