Looks pretty good, harsh8686, although there IS a strong conditional statement in the stimulus:
big business is perceived as socially responsible only in times of prosperity
That "only" is powerful stuff, and is, in my view, the key to picking the right answer (as I discussed earlier in this thread). Big businesses are regarded as providing fairly priced goods and services, but when times are not prosperous they are not perceived as socially responsible. Your prephrase could be (should be?) something like "perceptions of social responsibility must be about more than just fair prices." That process - prephrasing what you are looking for, then looking for it - should work even better than a more mechanical process of eliminating answers because they do or do not have conditional language.
