Hi! I got to A because it was the only answer that kind of worked but I was a little confused as to why we could assume that Goodbody Inc. had lower rents. Yes I kind of prephased something about money but it never says in the stimulus that Goodbody Inc. has lower rent or is cheaper than the city center. I might be in the MBT mindset where you can never assume anything but with A my doubt was it helps businesses with lower rent but we do not know anything about Goodbody's rent/ cost so how do we know that they are helped.

This is a Resolve the Paradox question which is part of the second family (help). That means that the answer choices are assumed to be true and you are looking for the truth in one of the answer choices that helps the argument. So you can bring in outside information (things that were not mentioned in the argument) and it will still be correct if it helps the argument because that new info is assumed to be true.

A Must Be True question is in the first family (prove). In MBT questions the argument is assumed to be true, so the correct answer choice has to come from/be proven by the truth in the argument.
