Answer B is an opposite answer, nick - if people with the kit were avoiding foods that lower their cholesterol, then how do we explain that their cholesterol got lowered more than the other group's? Read that one over again and you'll see the double negative, which can be confusing.

We need an answer that helps explain the difference in the two groups, and our prephrase should be something like "having the kit helps people to do a better job."
