Hello Powerscore

I have a question on number 14. Why is C wrong? And I don't quite see the difference between A and C in abstraction: Something happened. In order for that "something" to happen, there are conditions. Three things are candidates. Two things don't meet the conditions. Therefore, the other one is the only possible candidate to meet the conditions.

Please help!

Thank you

Hi Jay,

It looks to me that (C) doesn't quite work as a correct answer choice because the stimulus talks about three groups "known" to have inhabited the area, whereas (C) talks about three "well-known" designers - this leaves open the possibility that there might have been other designers who could have designed the Ultra 180 (perhaps one that is less well known). The stimulus leaves less room for this possibility.
