Employ the rules in order of ease of application: answer choice (E) can be eliminated since P and N are separated; an application of the KM rule eliminates answer choice (D) (Remember, chairs 1 and 6 are next to each on the circular table!); an application of the LM or LN rule eliminates answer choice (A); and finally, an application of the MOP rule eliminates answer choice (C). Answer choice (B) is correct.
Because none of the other questions include the chair numbers, the rest of the game can be treated as a Basic Linear exercise.
