What am I missing here? B is:
Sunday 1:K
Sunday 2:J
Sunday 3: Blank
Sunday 4: Y
Sunday 5: O
Sunday 6: Z
Sunday 7: N

The rules specifically say the soloist will play a solo each sunday for 6 consecutive weeks...
B, C, D, and E are all missing a solo in slot 3. I see A is wrong for other reasons, but how can the others be right?

That looks like an error to me. I know that question and there are no blank spots in 3. Let me refer this over to It/Publications for review and see what we get back.

At a glance though, I see a blank 3 and an "extra" 7 (which should NOT be there!), so I'd suspect this answer is actually the following for weeks 1-6:
