I am having some difficulty with this question, can you tell me what mistake I made help me reach the correct answer. No explanation's are provided for these questions to my knowledge.. Thanks :-D

I've always been interested by this question, and thought it was rather unfair in terms of the way it was formulated. Most of the work you have done—unfortunately—is not relevant to the correct answer.
