So every time I take a practice test, I do fairly well. I struggle, however with time.
I registered for the August test, as I am about to enroll in graduate school in September.
I was not able to apply for accommodations in time because I was still waiting on my evaluation. If I were to switch a different date so I could try applying again, I would have to pay $125. On the other hand, if I do poorly on the August test and want to retake it, I would pay $200. What should I do?

Hi Waterman,

In my experience, if an accommodations request is medically supported, it is always granted. And accommodations--especially extra time--makes a massive difference in scoring. So, if you have a medical case for extra time, I'd switch dates if I were in your shoes!

Thanks and good luck!
