Party's still going, in large part because you're exactly right! Just because M includes Q and V, doesn't mean that no one else can visit M with Q and V. So S can also visit M, giving a three-person group. It's also possible then that the order of visits, is M, F, H, so E is the correct answer.
This type of attentiveness to language and what it does/does not allow will serve you well on test day. Keep it up!
