If T is not trained in month 2, it may not be immediately apparent what happens as a result. A quick check of the solution to #1 shows that T was trained in month 2 there, so that solution is of no help here. If nothing jumps out to you from this question stem, then, your choice is to make hypotheticals or to come back to this question later after gaining more information from other questions and their solutions.
The latter approach is typically our preferred method for solving situations like this especially when it occurs so early in the game, and indeed the solution to #3 quickly shows that (C) can occur.
