How come the answer to this one is E? I thought that Passage B is actually suggesting that the phenomenon under discussion is ethically questionable in line 51 "..unethical position.."

How is it not D? Isn't Passage A using Shakespear as the venerable author as support for the claims being made?

Thank you so much!

Hi Dripgal,

You are right--the correct answer to this question is D. I'm not sure what you are looking at for an answer key, but you might want to double-check to make sure you're not looking at an answer key for another test.
