Can you explain why answer A is correct? I originally chose E, and I am having difficulty understanding why it is wrong.

Here is what I gathered when I tried to break down the stimulus.
Conclusion: So if you want to increase the likelihood that the seafood you buy will be safe to eat, you should buy only domestic seafood.
Prephrase: I don't think I prephrased very well. In my mind, I expected the correct answer choice to pertain to domestic seafood having a higher inspection ratio.
Answer choices: I immediately eliminated B because I felt that it was too broad to help evaluate the argument. I eliminated C because I felt that it added outside information that was not on the page. The stimulus did not mention anything about other imported food. I eliminated C because I felt that it did the same thing as B, which was introduce unwarranted outside information.

I was left with A and E. I think I may be interpreting the question wrong or looking for something that it does not ask for?
