Question #1 is a standard List question, where we're asked to provide an acceptable assignment of photographers to issues, first to fifth.
As is almost always the case with List questions, the best way to attack it is to simply use the rules to eliminate answer choices that violate them. So let's start with the easiest rule to spot—G must be 3—find a violation, and move steadily through the rest until only a single answer remains:
G must be 3rd: Answer choice (B) is out
K is immediately before F: Answer choices (A) and (C) are both out
J cannot be 1st (J must be a U, and an R is in 1): Answer choice (D) is out
That leaves answer choice (E), which is the correct answer.
