I am having trouble understanding the Some/Most concept and making inferences here, and also the Arrow that looks like this <---I---> . ?

There is so much info on those concepts, both on this forum and typically in your course student center. To get to that, we need to know what course you are in and how far into the material you are. It also helps to be in the right area of the Forum. For example, the Live Online course has sections here for each lesson where we talk about all of these concepts.

To get started, these are the simple definitions:

Some = at least one, possibly all.
Most = at least half, possibly all.
:dblline: = the two are never together
