Hi PowerScore,
I hope you could clarify the following conditional statement (when indicator words are not helpful and we need to look into the sentence's meaning):
"Only those are fit to live who do not fear to die." T.R.
Fit to Live (Sufficient) --> NOT Fear to Die (Necessary)
I was thinking really hard about the indicator words "only" and "those/people who", but it was not helpful to me. At the end, I thought about this sentence in terms of what is required for what. In other words, "...not fear to die" is required for "fit[ting] to live...".
Is it correct way of thinking about this conditional statement? Is this diagram correct?
Thanks so much!
