Fact vs Argument

In the logical reasoning section, not all questions are arguments right? In other words, questions will contain a conclusion and premises and they can be a statement of facts, not an argument

Yes, you are correct! A conclusion is required for a stimulus to be an argument. Otherwise it is just a collection of premises, which we call a Fact Set. That idea is covered in the LRB as well as Lesson One of all of our courses
