Hello - can you direct me to a fuller explanation of the answer to problem4, on page 437 or the 2017 edition of LRBible?

Yes, go to the main book site (address listed on the opening pages of the book), and select the first box in the upper left: "LSAT Logical Reasoning Bible Supplements." Then select "2016 and later editions," and then scroll down to Chapter 13. The expanded explanations are there for you!
