Correct! "The conclusion does not follow UNLESS..." can be approached by thinking of our wonderful "Unless Equation": "IF the conclusion follows, THEN ... ." In this way, while Assumption questions belong in our Second Family (new information in the answer choice has a positive, helpful impact on the argument), they also are related to Must Be True questions, in that the author must believe the assumption is true in order to make his argument. They have elements of both families/question types (which may be part of why so many students struggle with them more than with most other question types).
