I was stuck between B and D and ended up choosing the wrong answer?

Is B correct because even though natural superstar salespeople are rare but many salespeople can perform like superstars if they have a good manager which would lead to the conclusion about finding more good managers than natural superstar salespeople?

Thanks!

You got it, Chica! Also because natural superstars are rare, so just promoting them would not be as effective and far-reaching as finding good managers so that you can then help the ones that are not naturals to become superstars anyway. Basically, since the natural ones are rare, you can't base your sales business on them. Instead, you have to have good managers so you can create more superstars.
