On question 24, given the line item we can use to eliminate answer choice C, I still don't understand why we can eliminate it.

Thanks for your message. That question is an Except, as you know, so the right answer choice is the one that is not exemplified, and all of the wrong answer choices are the ones that are exemplified.

Answer choice C refers to qualities that art collectors have prized in their own collections. I believe the line references are about antiquity and artists' identities, two developments that led to fakes, implying that they were examples of attributes desirable in collections.

Another great example comes on line 19, where the author mentions a widespread interest in collecting Greek art.
