Here's my take on it, cgleeson:

Viewpoints: Just the author, who admires Wheatley's accomplishments but seems a little disappointed that she was unable to bring her life experiences and personal voice to her poetry.

Structure: Background on Wheatley's situation and how she transcended barriers; description of how her background allowed for certain possibilities; explanation of why she could not take advantage of those possibilities; effects of the limitations and a concession by the author that she was still admirable despite those limitations.

Tone: Positive about her accomplishments while disappointed that she was unable to do more.

Arguments: The author presents evidence that Wheatley had the potential to do something more but that she did not because of external constraints

Main Point: Although Wheatley had the potential to bring something new to 18th Century poetry because of her background, the constraints of the poetry of the period prevented her from doing so, but she should still be celebrated for her accomplishments.
