You bet, snomen! Eggs formed in autumn are among the ones that hatch in the spring, and are therefore part of the "overwintering" generation. Those eggs are usually exposed to colder temperatures that can lead to some micropterous individuals being born. But if the winter is warmer than usual, you'll likely get a higher proportion of normal, macropterous individuals when those eggs hatch, because it is the cold that causes some to be micropterous.

The eggs referenced in answer A aren't laid in autumn, but are formed (presumably inside their mothers) in autumn. See this test from the last paragraph to help out:
