Hello! I chose A, but thought B could of been a fine answer as well. In fact, i still do! What should we use / think about in order to discern between these 2 answer choices?? In my head, "criticism" was used as an example to introduce a contrast! Eek!

Thanks.

Hello,

B is the correct answer, so A doesn't really work, as "giving an example" is not the same as "introducing a contrast". Defining criticism is not "giving an example".
