Nope, sorry, we remain largely in the dark, and probably will be there for some time to come! Dave and Jon did a podcast and discussed their theories at length, but we don't expect any confirmation from LSAC, and of course we won't be getting a copy of the test any time soon. Maybe when they publish it in a decade or so, if they do that, we'll look back and figure it out, but I won't be holding my breath! I think the best we can hope for is a statement from LSAC to the effect of "in every version of the test administered on July 15th, the scored LR questions were identical and were contained in two sections, with a third section that was entirely made up of experimental questions. Not ever student had the same experimental section, but every student had the same scored sections." It would be nice if they would come out and say that, but again, I am not holding my breath, nor should you.
