Hey TK,

I would be careful about thinking of this as a rule you can universally imply and instead think about whether "a/an" means "all" in the sentence. Saying "An adult goldfish is orange" is a universal rule - anything that can be classified as an adult goldfish therefore also is orange, whereas the rule "some fish are orange" does not apply to all fish.
