146Substitution.Pick a value for h.

Let's say h = 20. This means his work week is 20 hours.

How much time does he work in the office? 3 x 20 / 5 = 60 / 5 = 12.

He works 12 hours in the office.

Given that his whole work week is 20 hours, this means he teleworks 8 hours every week.

The question asks how many weeks will it take for him to telework 750 hours. Given that he teleworks 8 hours every week, divide 750 by 8 to figure out how many weeks it will take for him to telework 750 hours.

750 / 8 = 93.75

It will take him 93.75 weeks to telework 750 hours.

Now we have to find which answer choice gives us 93.75 using h = 20.

93.75 weeks, h = 20(A) 750 / 20 = 37.5

(B) 1,875 / 20 = 93.75 Yes!(C) 20 / 1,250 Definitely not!

(D) 20 / 1,875 Definitely not!

(E) 1,250 x 20 Definitely not!
